LEAD Board Re-elects Veteran LEADers for 2007 At

in the new year of 2007 by re-electing veteran officers to provide experienced

Lassiter Top Vote-Getter in State Economic Development Board Election Jody Lassiter, Executive Director of Logan Economic Alliance for
Development (LEAD), received the highest number of votes among eight
candidates from across Kentucky to win a full, three-year term on the
Board of Directors of the Kentucky Association for Economic Development
(KAED). KAED boasts a statewide membership of 485 of Lassiter’s
colleagues in Kentucky’s economic development field. Lassiter’s
election was announced in conjunction with KAED’s Annual Conference on
Thursday, November 9, in Bowling Green, for which he served on the
Regional Host Committee.
